By the way the food is really good here - much better than the Philippines and China but you do have to watch the water. No cleaning your teeth in this water or you will be spending a long time in the toilet, and watch out for all those lovely looking fruits.
If they are already peeled, they might have been washed in a bucket of the local water, so they will also give you a serious dose of the gippy tummy. Only buy unpeeled fruit, and peel it yourself. That way you know you won't catch the tummy bug from eating fruit.
