How are you all doing? At the moment I am in a city called Angeles, the closest settlement to the Mount Pinatubo volcano on the Philippines but tomorrow we start our 4 hour trek up the volcano to the crater - so it means getting up at 3.30am!All these early mornings can get a bear down, but perhaps the swim in the crater lake will be worth it. The 4 hour trek back down should be quicker but who says travelling is easy!!
The last few days have been pretty scary. We went to the north of Cebu and caught a tiny boat to one of the islands.
I took all my clothes off for sunbathing but Serena gve me a fig-leaf to wear! The weather was gorgeous and the island looked nice but by the afternoon we were stuck in the middle of a typhoon and were therefore stranded on the island!!
