Now
that we have got our designs we can develop them into paintings, drawings
or collages and we can use all sorts of materials. What would be interesting
to do is to explore the idea of these being marks of 'Ancient Journeys'
and to see whether we can get the idea of things being
old, worn away, being thin, delicate, discoloured
and layered
by the materials
we use and the techniques we have explored.
This sheet is

1. You could use a scraffito
technique with wax crayons.
2. You could use flour and water piped out to outline the shapes,
paint when dry and crack to give an 'ancient look'when nearly
complete.
